Yes. The certificate issued by our doctors has full legal validity for the stated purposes — driving licence, firearm, height, navigator and hunting.

The assessment takes approximately 40 minutes and includes psychomotor and cognitive tests and an interview with the doctor.

Yes. The assessment works for both initial obtaining and renewal of driving licences of all categories.

For driving licences, the certificate can be sent electronically to the IMT. For other purposes, it is sent by email in PDF.

Yes. When converting a foreign driving licence to a Portuguese one (for example a Brazilian, Ukrainian or UK licence), a psychotechnical assessment is required in addition to the IMT medical certificate. Kliniqa offers both online, so you can complete the full medical and psychotechnical requirements without leaving home.

The IMT medical certificate (atestado médico IMT) assesses physical fitness: vision, reflexes and general health. The psychotechnical certificate assesses cognitive and psychological fitness: reaction time, concentration, stress tolerance and emotional stability. Both are required for driving licence conversion.

Yes. You can book both assessments on the same day or on separate days — whatever is more convenient. Both are done entirely online by video call. You'll receive both certificates by email with legal validity for IMT submission.
